Overview

Brook, perhaps best known for its line of PCBs, has bestowed the Agon Arcade Stick Collection upon us, which seems to be comprised of two main arcade sticks, and the second arcade stick looks quite different from the one we are displaying, so do yourself a favor and head on over to Brook’s website to take a look at it. Basically, there is the “icy” design, and the other variation is called “plain” and available in three colors: white, black, and purple.

Otherwise, the Agon arcade sticks are made in Italy, which is not something we commonly come across, and it is 100% handmade. All frames are made of laser-cut plexiglass. There is anti-slip material on the case for stability during gameplay, and Brook claims that the “plot shaft” is removable. That probably means the joystick…

Joysticks you can choose from include the following in white, black, or purple:

  • Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT
  • Crown CWL-309

The buttons you can choose from include (also in white, black, or purple):

  • Sanwa OBSF-30
  • Sanwa OBSC-30
  • Seimitsu PS-14-KN

Not only can you choose the joystick and buttons, you can also choose the PCB.

One more thing: the artwork on the Agon is Brook’s very own Iron Chameleon Man, who is also featured on Brook’s previous arcade stick, the Fighter Chameleon. However, you can also upload your own artwork, which you can order through our custom artwork service if you like!
