The Rushbox is a stickless controller that also comes in a light edition called the Rushbox Lite. The Rushbox has six more buttons that usual, allowing you different options depending on your game of choice.

Comprised of components like matte acrylic & aluminum, the slim and A4 sized Rushbox has a curved wrist rest for your convenience. Additionally, there is an anti-slip grip.

There are six function buttons as well as a touchpad and toggle. The narrower layout is supposed to both cater to smaller hands and minimize fatigue for those with larger hands.

Lofree Ghost low profile switches are interestingly used in the Rushbox. The actuation point is 1.2 mm with a total stroke of 2.8 mm. The switches are hot swappable, and they aim to be smoother & lighter.

Running on the well known combination of RP2040 and GP2040-CE, the Rushbox should respond fast with its 1,000 Hz polling rate.

The USB-C port is for the cable, and the USB-A port is for a compatibility enhancing dongle. Furthermore, the OLED display screen lets you know information from your inputs to the current mode.

In addition to SOCD cleaning, there is a tournament mode to lock out unneeded buttons, and by default, start & home are disabled. The other function buttons are for:

  • Fn
  • L3
  • R3
  • Select

With customizable art, the Rushbox can look the way you want it to, and we at The Arcade Stick can offer you our custom artwork service.

Note that the Rushbox Lite counterpart does not have customizable art. Instead, it is made of plastic, namely ABS resin. Otherwise, the icing on the cake is that the Rushbox has LED.
