Introduction
Keybox Arcade strikes back with an appropriately timed release that is essentially a mini all-button controller with extra buttons that can serve as L3 and R3 buttons.
Performance
The L3 and R3 buttons are placed in a tactical position so that you do not have to go out of your way to press them if you already come from a hitbox background, so things should still feel familiar. Because the switches lineup is comprised of 14 Kailh Choc V2 switches, you are guaranteed that speedy low-profile response with every press.
The five secondary buttons are sized appropriately so that, if you want to press them, you can do so easily, but they are too small to press by accident, which is good. The icing on the cake is that the bottom of the Keybox Impact has anti-slip foam padding throughout to compensate for the small and lightweight build.
Hardware
The Impact is smaller than your average arcade controller, making it a unique product. The fitting of the build may not be up to your standards, but this should not be a chronic problem of the Impact, so you can indicate your desire for a snug fit when you place an order.
This hot-swappable controller has neutral priority SOCD cleaning, and it comes with a Brook PCB. Depending on availability, your Keybox Impact may be PlayStation 5 compatible. The port is USB-C, so have a cable handy.
Appearance
