Quick Facts

  • The unit comes with Sanwa parts.
  • The design is antistatic for electrostatic discharge protection and stability.
  • One can choose between a universal option and a cheaper standard option.
  • The standard option only runs on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PC.
  • The arcade stick can also be compatible with the Neogeo Mini and Sega Genesis Mini.

Needless to say, the Sanwa parts give the unit an undeniably superior feel performance wise. Namco’s Noir Tekken arcade cabinets’ layout was replicated, and it is quite easy to perform well with such a state- of-the-art layout. The weight and size are quite good. The smooth and curved edge provides comfortable palm rest. High quality PVC rubber feet are there to provide a firm grip for stable gameplay without rubber stains.

The body frame is essentially comprised of heavy duty steel, and the smooth powder coated finish is quite solid. Stainless Torx screws that are star shaped are on the clear cover for lasting durability. When it comes to the wiring, there are quick disconnects in addition to snap-on connectors. To change parts or cables, no soldering is needed. To customize the inside, the modular internal design is specifically there to ease the process.

The Omni Arcade Stick has quite the clean and minimalist look. It is quite easy to make an arcade stick look cheap by having only one color, but the shades of black on this specific arcade stick have a unique glow to them. For those who still want some more nuance, the clear cover is removable to facilitate custom art endeavors. As for aesthetic durability, the six stainless bolts fitted flush with the clear cover surface prevent rust due to sweat, which is almost inevitable for every serious fighting gamer striving for that next W.
