The Dark Matter Arcade Fighting Stick has an aluminum alloy frame, octagonal-gated Sanwa joystick, and Sanwa buttons in the Vewlix layout. You can change the input type as you wish:
- Left stick
- Right stick
There is a tournament lock as well as a turbo mode. There are home, share, and options buttons in addition.
Sanwa parts strengthen the performance and durability of the Dark Matter Arcade Fighting Stick. The eight-directional joystick eases movement, and the precise buttons seal the deal. There is plenty of room for comfort, and the heavy weight & rubber feet enhance stability. The menu lock prevents you from disrupting matches by pausing accidentally.
The USB connection is A to C, and the cable comes out of a back compartment. This quality arcade stick is heavy, which is justifiable since the parts are heavy. The spacious top panel needed the arcade stick to be made bigger. As a result, it became heavier, which is understandable. A downside that is hard to overlook, however, is that you need to connect the arcade stick to a native controller to play on console.
The space art of the Dark Matter Arcade Fighting Stick resonates with its name. There is enough nuance in the design to make it stand out without being overly distracting. In any case, you can mod the art of this arcade stick, and you can opt for our custom artwork service here at The Arcade Stick.
The Dark Matter Arcade Fighting Stick performs better than average because of its Sanwa parts and decent build.
- Quality performance
- Quality build
- Decent weight
- Piggyback controller system
